NotaryCam Software Licensing Demo
Here's a quick and easy guide for using the NotaryCam License Software!
- Sign In: Go to secure.notarycam.com and sign in.
- Create Transaction: Click "Create Transaction" and upload your document.
- Choose Notarization: Select "Notarization Required" and add your signer by entering their email and name.
- Tag Document: Add signature and notarization fields to your document.
- Send Meeting Link: Send the signer the meeting link, start the video, and verify their ID. If needed, complete KBA (Knowledge-Based Authentication).
- Finalize: Once everything is signed, lock the document with your digital certificate and download it.
- Share & Close: Share the signed document with your signer and close the session. Simple and seamless!
Identrust Digital Certificate Download
Downloading your IDENTRUST digital certificate for NotaryCam is simple!
- Access: Use your confirmation email to access the installation link.
- Verify: Verify your system and enter your password.
- Download: Download the Retrieval Application, generate keys (choose High security and create a memorable password), and back up your signing certificate.
- Save & Upload: Save the certificate as a .p12 file (update file extensions under "View" if needed) and upload it to your NotaryCam account.

How to Upload Your Signature
Here's a quick guide on uploading your digital signature to a document!
- Enter Fill Mode: Click in the center of the document and ensure you’re in "Fill" mode (not "Tag").
- Select Signature: Choose the blue signature icon, select "Signature," and click "Upload."
- Upload Signature: Locate your signature file (e.g., from your NotaryCam account) and click "Open."
- Add Initials (if needed): Upload your initials if required.
- Save & Place: After saving, simply place your signature on the document. That’s it!
