Service Ingest Form
Submitting notarization requests with NotaryCam is simple and efficient. Users complete an order form with essential details, including:
- Signer information
- Property address
- Underwriter details
- Signing dates
- Emergency contacts
- Document uploads
Once submitted, the operations team assigns a notary and sends confirmation emails to all parties. Participants receive clear instructions before the meeting to ensure a seamless experience. For assistance, support contact details are provided on the confirmation page.
Enterprise Dashboard
The NotaryCam Enterprise Dashboard streamlines transaction management with tools for:
- Downloading, tracking, and organizing documents
- Using personalized logins and advanced search filters to sort by status, lock date, or transaction details
- Accessing completed transactions with downloadable documents and quality assurance request options
Archived transactions help keep the dashboard organized, while hidden transactions remain accessible for review or recovery. Each transaction includes signer details, status updates, and associated files. For assistance with the dashboard or document processing, the Customer Success Team is ready to help.
Admin Training
The NotaryCam Management System simplifies administrative tasks, enabling you to:
- Manage transactions, user roles, and workflows
- Create and oversee user accounts
- Assign roles and customize departments with guidance from the Customer Success Team
